Superstars storms into semifnals

Chennai Superstars claimed a semifinal berth by virtue of its emphatic 75-run victory over Mumbai Champs in the Indian Cricket League at the Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex here on Sunday night.

Later, Lahore Badshahs improved its chances with a seven wicket victory over Chandigarh Lions. Lahore and Chandigarh each have six points from six matches. Naved-ul-Hasan excelled for Lahore with an unbeaten 50 off 33 balls with six fours and one six.
